On-call support for your project

Ichnos is free to use (although donations are appreciated to keep the servers running). However, if you are using it for a commercial project and publication, you may want to consider a business support plan. The support plan guarantees that any problems will be resolved in a timely manner and that any custom features you may need (such as new fonts, header templates etc.) will be prioritized.

I am available for paid support on a per-hour basis. The support plan includes priority email and phone support (24h response), custom feature requests prioritization, onboarding & training session, and SLA guarantee.
